1. Increase in 2019:

income of the republican budget on 53, 3 million rubles, including receipts of export customs duty on potash fertilizers on 53, 3 million rubles;

expenses of the republican budget on 53, 3 million rubles, including reserve fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus on 53, 3 million rubles.

2. Transfer to the Ministry of Finance in 2019 from the republican budget for the reserve fund account of the President of the Republic of Belarus in the form of interbudget transfers 53, 3 million rubles, including:

to consolidated budgets of areas - 46, 3 million rubles for financing of the expenses connected with acquisition of fuels and lubricants from them the Brest region - 6, 5 million rubles, Vitebsk - 8, 7 million rubles, Gomel - 9 million rubles, Grodno - 8, 1 million rubles, Minsk - 6, 5 million rubles, the Mogilev region - 7, 5 million rubles;

to the consolidated budget of the Brest region - 7 million rubles for the direction in the budget Baranovichi on financing of actions for construction, reconstruction and repair of street road net Baranovichi.

3. To the regional executive committees, district executive committees or their structural divisions authorized on realization of functions on carrying out single financial policy in the field of production and conversion of agricultural products and creation of conditions for complex development of agro-industrial complex to provide provision of the budgetary appropriations transferred according to the paragraph to the second Item 2 of this Decree, to receivers of budgetary funds in the form of subsidies for implementation of the activities connected with production of agricultural products.

4. Confer the personal responsibility for targeted budget expenditure, allocated according to this Decree, on chairmen of regional executive committees, district executive committees and heads of the organizations which received these means.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
