1. Permit the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities to create the national production association "Belvodokanal".
2. Add the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus, No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 968, by line item of the following content:
"National production association "Belvodokanal".
3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 2 - in month after official publication of this resolution;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
