Article 1. Carry the Kirinsky perspective block of the Sakhalin-3 project located within the territorial sea and on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation in the Sea of Okhotsk to subsoil plots, right to use by which it can be granted on the terms of the Section of products.

Article 2. The object specified in article 1 of this Federal Law belongs to the list of subsoil plots, including mineral deposits concerning which since day of entry into force of this Federal Law negotiations can be held and be signed agreements on searches, exploration and production of hydrocarbonic raw materials on the terms of the Section of products, according to provisions of the Federal Law "About Production Sharing Agreements".

Article 3. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
