About measures for the organization of activities of republican teaching and educational organizations
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 29, 2019 No. PP-4342 "About cardinal enhancement of activities of teaching and educational organizations" and enhancement of system of work with the youth needing special conditions of training and education the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 29, 2019 No. PP-4342 "About cardinal enhancement of activities of teaching and educational organizations" under the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan are created Republican teaching and educational organization for boys and Republican teaching and educational organization for girls.
2. Approve:
Regulations on teaching and educational organizations of the republic according to appendix No. 1 *;
regulations of providing pupils of republican teaching and educational organizations with food, clothes, footwear, other objects of ware providing and soft stock according to appendix No. 2*.
Appendices No. No. 1-2 are given in the text in Uzbek.
3. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
4. To the ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning social development A. A. Abdukhakimov and the minister of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. H. Shermatov.
