About approval of the Regulations on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution
Based on Item i) parts (1) Articles 7, article 54 of the Law on the electric power No. 107 of May 27, 2016. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203 the Art. 413) for the purpose of regulation of the legal relations between the operator of the transferring system, operators of distributive system and final consumers concerning service quality on transfer and electricity distribution the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution.
2. Repeal the Provision on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution approved by the Resolution of the National agency on regulation in power No. 406 of February 25, 2011. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 131-133 the Art. 1125), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 836 of August 4, 2011.
3. To impose control of application of the approved resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
