About the prices of production of electrical energy and rates for the heat energy released to consumers of JSC CET-Nord
Based on Art. 9 of h (2) and Art. 45 of the Law No. 92 of 29.05.2014 on heat energy and promotion of cogeneration, Art. 7 of h (2) the Law No. 107 of 27.05.2016 on the electric power and according to provisions of Methodology of determination, approval and application of rates for production of electrical, heat energy and on water for the feed approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) No. 147 of August 25, 2004 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 171-174/335 of 17:09. 2004), the Methodology of determination and application of rates for the heat energy released to Consumers, approved by the Resolution NARE No. 482 of September 6, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 234-236/1330 of 9:11. 2012), for the purpose of establishment of the costs strictly necessary for ensuring normal activities for production of electrical and heat energy and on rendering services in leave of heat energy DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power
1. Approve the price of production of the electrical energy released from thermal electric main line of JSC CET-Nord in the amount of 170 baths/kW of the h (excluding VAT).
2. Approve rate for the heat energy delivered to consumers of JSC CET-Nord in the amount of 1 220 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT).
3. In appendix to the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 404 of February 2, 2011 about rates for the heat energy delivered to final consumers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 22-24/128 of 4:02. 2011) and appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 429 of October 21, 2011 about rates for production of electrical, heat energy and for the heat energy delivered to final consumers (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 182-186/1689 from 28.10.2011), to exclude line of JSC CET-Nord.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
