1. Repeal the following orders:
1) the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 29, 2016 No. 408 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2016 No. 475 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. To provide to committee on water resources of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
