About classification of dietary supplement to food in the form of gummies according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The dietary supplement to food in the form of gummies consisting of sugar and (or) sugar syrups, jellifying substances, vitamins, mineral substances, the vkusoaromatichesky and painting additives, intended for the balanced amendment to food of children as additional source of vitamins and mineral substances according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item 2106 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
