Based on Item 5 of article 241 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education, paragraphs of the fourth and fifth subitem 6.3 of Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2019 "About creation of organization of education "National children's technopark" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 145

1. Approve:

The regulations on the supervisory board of organization of education "National children's technopark" (are applied);

standard form of the agreement on implementation of the educational program of additional education of exceptional children and youth by means of network form of interaction it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on the supervisory board of organization of education "National children's technopark"

1. This Provision determines procedure for creation and activities of the supervisory board of organization of education "National children's technopark" (further - the supervisory board).

2. The supervisory board is permanent collegiate organ by determination of the perspective directions of development of organization of education "National children's technopark" (further – children's technopark), development of the coordinated actions aimed at providing accomplishment of provisions of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2019 No. 145, of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education.

3. In the activities the supervisory board is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, other laws of the Republic of Belarus, decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus, other acts of the legislation, and also this Provision.

4. Tasks of the supervisory board are:

determination of the perspective directions of development of children's technopark;

assistance to children's technopark in implementation of the educational program of additional education of exceptional children and youth;

assistance to children's technopark regarding enhancement of its activities;

comprehensive analysis of activities of children's technopark;

ensuring interaction of state bodies and other organizations for activities of children's technopark.

5. The supervisory board for the purpose of realization of the tasks assigned to it:

5.1. approves development programs of children's technopark;

5.2. approves:

the directions in which the educational program of additional education of exceptional children and youth is implemented;

drafts of reports on results of activities of children's technopark;

5.3. considers questions of updating and development of material and technical resources of children's technopark;

5.4. makes offers in the Ministry of Education on enhancement of structure of children's technopark, its reorganization or liquidation;

5.5. makes offers in the Ministry of Education on enhancement of activities of children's technopark;

5.6. performs other functions on development of children's technopark.

6. The numerical structure of the supervisory board constitutes to 21 persons.

7-1. The secretary who provides the organization of holding meetings of the supervisory board is part of the supervisory board, keeps protocols of meetings of the supervisory board and dispatches them to the copy.

7. The chairman of the supervisory board (in its absence - the vice-chairman):

will organize work of the supervisory board;

convenes meetings of the supervisory board and presides over them;

approves the agenda of meeting of the supervisory board;

exercises control over the implementation of solutions of the supervisory board;

performs other functions on the questions entering competence of the supervisory board.

8. Meetings of the supervisory board are held as required, but at least once a half-year.

9. The meeting of the supervisory board is considered competent with most of his members.

For participation in meetings of the supervisory board employees of state bodies and other organizations in coordination with their heads can be attracted. Persons invited to meeting do not participate in vote.

10. Solutions of the supervisory board have advisory nature for children's technopark.

11. Decisions of the supervisory board are made by a simple majority vote members of this council, attendees at meeting. In case of equality of votes the voice of the chairman of the supervisory board is considered decisive.

12. Solutions of the supervisory board are drawn up by protocols which are signed by the chairman of the supervisory board (person replacing it at meeting), within five working days from the date of holding meeting.

13. The copy of the minutes of the supervisory board is submitted within three-day term from the date of its signing to the head of children's technopark and within the Ministry of Education.

14. Organizational and technical and information support of activities of the supervisory board is performed by children's technopark.
