About entering of amendment into the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" to add part 1 of article 58 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In the course of execution of writ of execution from cash cover of the debtor serviceman involved in alert on the line of contact with the opponent, except for case stipulated in Item the 11th article 60 of this Law, from the salary and the payments equated to it based on the reference issued once in quarter by the military unit performing alert no more than thirty interests before complete repayment of the levied amount can be deducted.".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provision
1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
2. Operation of this Law extends to the enforcement proceedings initiated based on the acts which are subject to forced execution, accepted after entry into force of this Law.
