Bring in the Procedure for carrying out recalculation of the pensions granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons", No. 45 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 13, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 12, Art. 301; 2009, No. 11, Art. 319, No. 99, Art. 3427; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2013, No. 41, Art. 1477; 2018, No. 20, the Art. 662, No. 52, the Art. 1839), changes which are applied.

1. The paragraph one of Item 2 after the word "GSChS" to add with words ", Service of judicial protection".
2. In Item 3:
Word in paragraph nine "the specified bodies, organizations, the organizations and the companies" shall be replaced with words 1) "state bodies according to which orders persons were sent for execution of service duties";
The paragraph the tenth to state 2) in the following edition:
"In case of liquidation of the specified state bodies of the reference are issued by legal successors of such bodies, and in case of their absence - the state bodies determined by the relevant acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.";
