About approval of the Regulations on appeal council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 8, 2019 "About measures for enhancement of public administration in the field of intellectual property" and of July 1, 2019 No. PP-4380 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Agency for intellectual property under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-4168:
1. Take into consideration that the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 1, 2019 No. PP-4380 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Agency for intellectual property under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan" provides education under the Ministry of Justice of Appeal council for consideration of the appeals connected with legal protection of intellectual property items which chairman is the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Approve Regulations on Appeal council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1*.

3. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 1, 2003 No. 298 "About approval of the Regulations on Appeal council of the State patent authority of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Regulations on patent agents" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 7, the Art. 55) according to appendix No. 2.
4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
5. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
