About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply"

Due to the entry into force of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply" and for the purpose of ensuring application of this Law I decide:

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within two months:

provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on approval of the existing legal acts of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply";

provide approval of the existing regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and the relevant central executive bodies of this law and report on it on the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on the "relevant organs of the executive authority" specified in the last paragraph of Article 1, regarding 3 Articles 3, regarding 2 Articles 5, in parts 1, of 3, of the 4 and 5 Article 8, in parts 2 and 4 of Article 9, in parts 1 and 5 of Article 11, in the first and second paragraphs of part 5 of Article 12, in part 5 of Article 13, in part 2 and in the first, second and third paragraphs of part 3 Articles 15, regarding 3 Articles 16, in parts 1 and 2 of Article 17, in the second paragraph of part 2 Articles 18, in Article 20, in parts 1 and 2 of Article 21;

solve other problems arising from the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply" within the powers.

2. Determine that:
