About establishment of standard forms of agreements

1. Establish:

standard form of the service provision agreement on holding forestry and landscape actions and forest utilization according to appendix 1;

standard form of the service provision agreement on the cabin dangerous concerning highways, railway tracks public, aerial communication lines and electricity transmission of trees according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 29, 2019.

Subject of the agreement

1. According to this agreement Contractor shall render services in holding forestry and landscape actions, forest utilization (necessary to emphasize) according to the list according to appendix 1 (further – services), and the Customer shall accept these services and pay them in accordance with the terms hereof.

2. The name of services, the place of rendering services, types and amounts assumed to procurement, collection, withdrawal of forest products (in case of its availability) are established in appendix 1.

Price and procedure of payments
