About rates for oil transportation services on main pipelines
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish:
rates for oil transportation services on the main pipelines of Gomeltransneft Friendship open joint stock company located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
rates for oil transportation services on main pipelines of Gomeltransneft Friendship open joint stock company in the territory of the Republic of Belarus when implementing payments in Belarusian rubles according to appendix 2;
rates for oil transportation services on main pipelines of Gomeltransneft Friendship open joint stock company in the territory of the Republic of Belarus when implementing payments in foreign currency according to appendix 3 in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2018 No. 4 "About rates for oil transportation services on the main pipelines located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2019.
