About form of the departmental reporting

Based on subitems 1.1 and 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2011 No. 95 "About some questions of information collection, not containing in the state statistical reporting" and in pursuance of the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2018 No. 376r "About introduction of the departmental reporting" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish form of the departmental reporting of "Data on implementation of ministerial procedures by local executive and administrative organs" with instructions for its filling according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
