The instruction about procedure for the organization and carrying out medical support of training of citizens for military service

1. This Instruction determines procedure for the organization and carrying out medical support of training of citizens (youths of premilitary age and recruits) to military service.

2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care" and the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About conscription and military service are used".

3. Medical support of training of citizens for military service is carried out:

to youths of premilitary age, since 14-year age to their addition to draft sites (further - addition);

to recruits before achievement of age by them 27 years.

4. Coordination and methodological management of the organization and carrying out medical support of training of citizens (youths of premilitary age and recruits) to military service are performed:

in head departments, managements (departments) of health care of regional executive committees, Healthcare Committee of the Minsk city executive committee (further - head departments on health care, Healthcare Committee) - the Ministry of Health;

in the state organizations of health care for the residence (the place of stay) of citizens (youths of premilitary age and recruits) (further - the state organization of health care) - head departments on health care, Healthcare Committee in the territories of the corresponding administrative and territorial units.

5. The organization and holding actions for medical support of training of citizens (youths of premilitary age and recruits) to military service are performed by the state organizations of health care.

In the state organization of health care the specialist doctor, the actionee of actions for medical support of training of citizens (youths of premilitary age and recruits) to military service is appointed.

The necessary complex of actions for medical support of training of citizens (youths of premilitary age and recruits) to military service in the state organization of health care is performed by specialists doctors: the pediatrician of teenage office (the pediatrician the district police officer, the general practitioner), the therapist local (general practitioner), other specialists doctors depending on the available and (or) established diseases at citizens (youths of premilitary age and recruits) (further - the specialist doctor of the state organization of health care).

6. In the state organization of health care which specialists doctors participate in medical examination of citizens (recruits) in case of their appeal on compulsory military service service in reserve (further if other is not determined, - appeal) together with military commissariat of the area, area in the city, the city without district division, separate division of military commissariat (further - military commissariat of the area (city), the commission on establishment of the reasons of cases of appeal on compulsory military service of the citizens (recruits) who are not subject to appeal on compulsory military service, service in reserve for health reasons and discharged for health reasons from military service in the first 3 months (further - the commission is created).
