1. Form Azerigaz state-owned company based on Azergaztrans production association.

2. Enter into structure of Azerigaz state-owned company gas-economic divisions of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on fuel, the Bakgazmash and Bakgazstroydetal plants, management Bakstroymontazh, Azertruboprovodstroy trust, Research and design institute on preparation for transportation and conversion of natural gas and Kalmassky expedition of deep drilling.

3. Appoint Guseynov of Tariel Abulfaz Oglou the president of Azerigaz state-owned company.

4. Charge to Guseynov T. A. in a month to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to provide the company charter and its structure to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the moment of signing.
