The instruction about material and other providing persons belonging to client groups II of the European games of 2019

1. This Instruction determines procedure, conditions and regulations of material and other providing persons belonging to client groups II of the European games of 2019 (further - client groups), during preparation and holding the II European games of 2019 (further - the European games), public and cultural action "The share torch relay "World flame" (further - torch relay "World flame"), other actions connected with preparation and holding the European games.

2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2019 No. 164, and also the following terms and their determinations are used:

objects of the European games - sports constructions and other property necessary for the organization and holding the European games, according to the list created by Directorate of the II European Games of 2019 fund (further - Directorate) in coordination with Republican organizing committee for preparation and holding the II European games of 2019 in the Republic of Belarus (further - the organizing committee);

chaperons - persons from among volunteers who are trained and authorized National Anti-doping Agency organization to carry out the obligations provided by the anti-doping rules developed by the European Olympic committees (further - EOK).

3. For the purposes of this Instruction treat client groups:

3.1. high-ranking officials (heads of states, governments, ministers of sport, heads of diplomatic representations and consular establishments, management officials of the Republic of Belarus);

3.2. EOK family including:

officials of EOK (president, vice-president, secretary general, treasurer, chairman of the coordination commission, vice-chairman of the coordination commission), members of the EOK executive committee, members of the coordination commission of EOK, consultants of EOK, members of the commissions of EOK, secretariat of EOK and personnel of EOK;

officials of the National Olympic Committees participating in the European games (further - NOC) (presidents of NOC of member countries of the European games (further - member countries), secretaries general of NOC of member countries, heads of delegations, deputy heads of delegations of NOC of member countries);

officials of sports federations (presidents and secretaries general of the European organizations for sports (further - EF), presidents and secretaries general of the international organizations for the sports included in the program of the European games (further - MF), members of executive committees and personnel of EF and MF according to the established EOK quotas;

representatives of the host city of future European games (mayor and other official representatives);
