procedure for the direction microfinance companies which does not reveal to the unrestricted group of people are microfinance companies in the Bank of Russia of the notifications containing information on structure and the list of the shareholders (participants), including on persons under control or considerable influence of which;

procedure for the direction the microfinancial organizations in the Bank of Russia of the notifications containing information on persons, rendering essential (direct or indirect) influence on the decisions made by governing bodies of the microfinancial organizations which does not reveal to the unrestricted group of people.

1. The microfinance companies opening information on structure and the list of the shareholders (participants), including on persons in narrow structure and (or) amount under control or considerable influence of which are microfinance companies, shall send to the Bank of Russia of the notification, containing information which does not reveal to the unrestricted group of people, in the form of the file with the *.pdf and *.docx (*.rtf) expansions by means of use of private office of the participant of information exchange according to Chapter 2 of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 No. 4600-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions and other participants of information exchange when using by them of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including private office", No. 49605 registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 11, 2018 (further - the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 No. 4600-U).

The recommended sample of the notification provided by paragraph one of this Item is given in appendix 1 to this Instruction.

2. The microfinancial organizations opening information on persons rendering essential in narrow structure and (or) amount (direct or indirect) shall direct influence on the decisions made by governing bodies of the microfinancial organizations to the Bank of Russia of the notification, containing information which does not reveal to the unrestricted group of people, in the form of the file with the *.pdf and *.docx (*.rtf) expansions by means of use of private office of the participant of information exchange according to Chapter 2 of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 No. 4600-U.

The recommended sample of the notification provided by paragraph one of this Item is given in appendix 2 to this Instruction.

3. The notifications provided by paragraph one of Item 1 and paragraph one of Item 2 presents of the Instruction shall be signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of sole executive body of the microfinancial organization (the other person authorized by the microfinancial organization on making of the specified actions).

4. If the notifications provided by paragraph one of Item 1 and paragraph one of Item 2 presents of the Instruction go person, the acting as sole executive body of the microfinancial organization, or the other person authorized by the microfinancial organization on making of the specified actions along with their direction to the Bank of Russia the document confirming investment of person with powers on making of the specified actions shall be directed.

5. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
