According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2018 "About the republican budget for 2019" and subitem 13.2 of Item 13 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2013 No. 467 "About measures for development of tanning and fur production and production of footwear" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 160-Z

1. Compensate in 2019 to limited liability company "Managing company of holding "The Belarusian tanning and shoe company "Marko" (further - managing company) at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture, part of interest for using the bank loans according to appendix issued according to Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2013 to No. 467 "About measures for development of tanning and fur production and production of footwear" for implementation of the investment project "Creation and upgrade of production capacities on release of footwear to 5 million couples a year and reconstruction of fur plant taking into account creation of "The Belarusian Tanning and Shoe Company "Marko" for 2013-2024" holding in the amount of the rate on the credit reduced by 2 percent points.

To make compensation of percent in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank on payment date of percent.

The received funds in 2019 are allocated by managing company for replenishment of current assets.

2. Conditions of rendering managing company of the state support provided in Item 1 of this resolution are determined in Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2013 No. 467.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Finance in 2019 compensation of managing company of part of interest for using bank loans according to Item 1 of this resolution within the means provided on these purposes.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
