About approval of Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products
Based on part (2) Art. 4 of the Law on the market of oil products No. 461-XV of 30.07.2001 (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 40-49/82 of 10.02.2017), with subsequent changes, and based on part (4) the Art. XX of the Law on modification of some legal acts No. 302 of 30.11.2018. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, No. 462-466/778 of 12.12.2018). The NARE administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products according to appendix.
2. Recognize invalid the Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products approved by the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 102/2016 of March 31, 2016. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, No. 128-133/833 of 13.05.2016), the registered Ministry of Justice on May 3, 2016 at number 1112.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
