For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Approve:

Regulations on the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

the procedure for use of physical force, special means, applications and uses of weapon by officials of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (is applied).

2. Determine that:

state bodies, other organizations, their workers and other citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, shall no later than two working days from the date of the expiration of fixed term on accomplishment of the requirement (the instruction, the offer) in writing to inform the State inspectorate of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus on the taken measures for execution of its requirement (the instruction, the offer) if other term is not established by legal acts;

projects of regulatory legal acts, including technical regulations and technical codes of common practice, concerning protection and use of the wild animals belonging to subjects to hunting and fishery, lands under wild-growing wood and shrubby vegetation (plantings), the wood and shrubby vegetation which is not entering into forest fund except wood and shrubby vegetation in borders of settlements and the Republic of Belarus included in the Red List, protection, protection, reproduction and use of forest fund, fishery and hunting, maintaining fishing and hunting economy are subject to approval of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

6. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
