"Article 43-1. Receipt of information on passengers and crew of the aircraft arriving on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and leaving the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic
43-1.1. For the purpose of ensuring aviation safety carriers shall right after booking (sale) of the ticket and anyway prior to landing provide to relevant organ of the executive authority electronically information provided in article 43-1.4 of this Law on passengers of the aircraft arriving on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and leaving the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic.
43-1.2. Carriers shall provide to relevant organ of the executive authority electronically information on position of each crew member of the aircraft arriving on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and leaving the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, and information on him provided in article 43-1.4 of this Law no later than 24 hours before sending the aircraft. In case of change of structure of crew of the aircraft, the specified information is provided right after modification, however anyway before sending the aircraft.
43-1.3. Information on passengers and crew of the aircraft arriving on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and leaving the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, provided in article 43-1.4 of this Law arrives, gathers and used according to the procedure, established by this Law and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About personal data" if other procedure is not provided by international treaties which party is the Azerbaijan Republic.
