About establishment of forms of references for pension purposes

Based on parts one and third Item 26 of the Regulations on procedure for confirmation and calculation of length of service for the purpose of pensions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777, and subitem 6.37 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish forms:

certificates of work on mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP within 10-kilometer zone according to appendix 1;

certificates of work, military service or service on operation of the Chernobyl NPP, in evacuation area (alienation), zone of first-priority settling out, zone of the subsequent settling out and in the territories, equivalent it on the level of radioactive pollution as a result of other radiation accidents, according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
