About price fixation on the precious metals in products and scrap which are bought up at physical persons

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Establish the prices of the precious metals in products and scrap which are bought up at physical persons (except purchase and sale of precious metals by the banking and non-bank credit and financial organizations in the form of measuring ingots and coins at physical persons), according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2019 No. 36 "About price fixation on the precious metals in products and scrap which are bought up at physical persons".

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 25, 2019.
