PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About structure of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova

(as amended on 15-11-2019)

Based on part (1) article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova

The president of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

Art. 1. – Approve the extreme number of staff 163 units and structure of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix to this decree.

Art. 2. – To the secretary general of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova in a month:

a) submit the draft of Regulations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova for approval;

b) approve the staff list of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova and internal documents necessary for ensuring activities of the Office of the President.

Art. 3. – Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 13-VII of April 5, 2012 about structure of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova, with subsequent changes and amendments.

Art. 4. – This decree becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
