1. Subject of the agreement

1.1. According to the Agreement Contractor shall provide rendering range of services to the Customer, entering tourist product which complete list and consumer properties are specified in the Request for booking (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement) (further - the Tourist product), and the Customer shall pay the Tourist product.

1.2. The information about the Tourist in the amount necessary for agreement performance, is specified in the Request for booking (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement). Information on tour operator is specified in appendix No. 2 to the Agreement.

2. Total price of tourist product and payment procedure

2.1. The total price of the Tourist product is specified in the Request for booking (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement).

2.2. Payment is performed by the Customer in the following procedure:

3. Interaction of the Parties

3.1. The contractor shall:

- provide to the Customer reliable information about consumer properties of the Tourist product, and also information provided by appendix to the Request for booking (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement);

- take measures for safety of information about the services of personal data received from the Customer in the course of rendering, including in case of their processing and use;

- provide execution of the insurance health policy if the legislation of the country (place) of temporary stay establishes requirements of availability of guarantees of payment of medical care to persons which are temporarily in its territory and also to render assistance upon the demand of the Customer in provision of services on insurance of other risks (including when making the travel connected with passing of the routes posing the increased hazard to life and health);

- render all services entering the Tourist product, independently or with involvement of the third parties to whom the Tour operator assigns execution of part or all its obligations to the Customer.

3.2. The contractor shall transfer to the Customer no later than 24 hours prior to the travel <2> the documents certifying the Customer's right to receipt of the services entering the Tourist product, and also other documents necessary for making of travel including:

- To the customer acquiring the service in transportation rendered by Tour operator separately or as a part of the Tourist product, the electronic carriage document (ticket) confirming the Tourist's right to transportation to destination and back or along other route approved in the Agreement and which is drawn up based on data of the identity document of the passenger, - if the legislation of the Russian Federation provides issue of the ticket for the corresponding type of transport;

- To the customer acquiring service in placement in hotel or other means of placement separately or as a part of the Tourist product, the document on booking and receipt of hotel reservation or other means of placement (voucher) on the conditions approved in the Agreement.

3.3. The contractor has the right to cancel booking of the Tourist product in case of violation by the Customer of payment terms under the Agreement.

3.4. The customer shall:

- bring to the Tourist of the term of the contract, other information specified in the Agreement and appendices to it and also to transfer the documents received from the Contractor for making of travel by it;

- pay the Tourist product according to the Agreement;

- provide written consent, including written consent from all Tourists specified in the Request for booking (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement), for processing and transfer of personal data to Tour operator and the third parties for agreement performance (including for execution of visas, travel documents, booking of hotel);

- provide the written confirmation of the Tourist about finishing to it information specified in appendix to the Request for booking (appendix No. 1);

- provide to the Contractor the contact information, and also the contact information of the Tourist necessary for operative communication (phone, the e-mail address);

- provide to the Contractor the documents and the information necessary for agreement performance, according to the list of the documents and data specified in appendix No. 3 to the Agreement;

- inform the Contractor on non-rendering or inadequate rendering the services by the third parties involved by Tour operator entering the Tourist product;

3.5. The customer shall (if the Customer is Tourist):

- observe the legislation of the country (place) of temporary stay, respect its social device, customs, traditions, religious beliefs;

- follow rules of entry into the country (place) of temporary stay, departure from the country (place) of temporary stay, and also in the countries of transit;

- follow rules of personal security during the travel;

- exempt means (place) of placement in the last day of stay till checkout time, pay the services which are not entering the Tourist product;

- keep the environment, make thrifty use of nature sanctuaries, history and cultures in the country (place) of temporary stay.

3.6. The customer has the right:
