About increase in the tariff charges (salaries) to separate categories of pedagogical workers

Based on part three of Article 63 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that the tariff charges (salaries) increase by 20 percent to pedagogical workers:

the organizations of education (structural, separate divisions) financed from the budget, which are out of the rural zone if the workplace of these workers is located in the rural zone *;

the separate divisions of the organizations of education financed from the budget, which are in the rural zone;

to adoptive parents, parents tutors whose workplace is located in the rural zone.

* For the purposes of this resolution the term "rural zone" is used in the value determined in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2007 No. 254 "About increase in the tariff charges (salaries) to separate employee categories".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, extends the action to the relations which arose since September 1, 2019 and is effective till December 31, 2019.
