About reorganization of the state company "Northern Center for Emergency Response" of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of structure of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Article 92 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Reorganize the state company "Northern Center for Emergency Response" of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic by transformation to public institution "Northern center for emergency response" under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.03.2021 No. 87
3. To the ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution;
Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution to perform 2) within means of the Ministry of the emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic provided by the republican budget for the corresponding year and the next years.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About reorganization of the State company "Northern Center for Emergency Response" of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 15, 2016 No. 397;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments and changes in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 8, 2016 No. 647.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
