About completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse)

Based on Item 5, of Item part one 9, of Item part one 11, of Item part two 12, of Items 13-15, 20 and paragraph two of Item 21 of the Regulations on completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2014 No. 241 (further - Regulations on completion of customs procedure), and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the notification on the results of determination of goods quantity placed under customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse), in the part corresponding to goods quantity, placed under customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse), and (or) the goods made (received) of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse), buried, neutralized, used (further – the notification on waste) is filled in according to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257 (further – the Procedure for filling of DT), taking into account the following features:

the customs applicant of customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse) submitting the notification on waste to customs authority fills in columns 1, of 3, of 5, of 8, of 14, 31–33, 38, of 40, of 41, of 44, of 45, 54;

the customs authority fills in columns "A", "C".

In the column 1 "Declaration":

in the first subsection of the column the alphabetic IM code is specified;

in the second subsection of the column the alphabetic UD code is specified;

the third subsection of the column is not filled.

resident free (special, special) economic zone (further – SEZ) (the customs applicant of customs procedure of free warehouse) in case of commodity exportation for burial, neutralization, use on own object included in the register, or on own subject to neutralization and (or) waste disposal, having special permission (license);

in the right upper corner of the column after sign "No." accounting number of the payer of person, data on which as the receiver are specified in this column, is specified.

In the column 31 "Cargo Pieces and Description of Goods":
