3) the Qualification requirements imposed to persons for management of managing companies of special economic zones and state industrial zones according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 224 "About approval of Rules of carrying out competitive selection of persons for management of managing company, and also qualification requirements to them" (it is registered in the Register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 10699, it is published on April 20, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let);

2) the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1290 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 224 "About approval of Rules of carrying out competitive selection of persons for management of managing company, and also requirements to them" (it is registered in the Register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 12958, it is published on February 29, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of carrying out competitive selection of persons for management of special economic zones of managing companies

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of carrying out competitive selection of persons (further - Rules) are developed for management of special economic zones of managing companies according to the subitem 18) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2019 "About special economic and industrial zones" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for carrying out competitive selection of persons for management of special economic zones of managing companies.

2. Election of person as the head of the executive body or person solely performing functions of executive body of the managing company created at the initiative of non-state legal entities is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 13, 2003 "About joint-stock companies".

3. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) special economic zone - part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan with precisely designated borders on which the special legal regime of special economic zone for implementation of priority types of activity acts;
