1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for establishment of hourly remuneration to the specialists involved to scientific and methodical and medical support of training of athletes it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

The instruction about procedure for establishment of hourly remuneration to the specialists involved to scientific and methodical and medical support of training of athletes

1. This Instruction determines procedure for establishment of hourly remuneration to the specialists (including foreign) having achievements in specific field of activity, having knowledge, methods and technologies of innovative nature for the corresponding directions (tasks) of activities of public institution "Republican scientific and practical center of sport", involved under civil agreements to participation in scientific and methodical and medical support of training of athletes of national (combined) teams of the Republic of Belarus by the form (types) of sport (further - the specialists involved to participation in ensuring training of athletes of national (combined) teams).

2. Fee of the specialists involved to participation in ensuring training of athletes of national (combined) teams is made on the terms of hourly remuneration and performed at the expense of the means of the republican budget and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

3. Hourly remuneration to the specialists involved to participation in ensuring training of athletes of national (combined) teams is established according to appendix in multiple sizes from the basic size established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus depending on availability at them:

academic degrees (the doctor of science, the candidate of science) irrespective of in what state they were appropriated;

honorary titles in the field of physical culture and sport and (or) sports ranks: "The honored trainer of the USSR", "The honored trainer of BSSR", "The honored worker of physical culture and sport of BSSR", "The Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR", "The honored trainer of the Republic of Belarus", "The honored worker of physical culture and sport of the Republic of Belarus", "The Honoured Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus", "The Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus of the international class", and also other similar honorary titles in the field of physical culture and sport, sports ranks awarded in other states;

sporting achievements (results) at the Olympic Games, the World Cups and Europe corresponding to the winner (prize-winner) of the called sports competitions.

4. With the right to hourly remuneration at the same time on two and more bases the highest amount of hourly remuneration is established.
