About the Concept of development of coal industry in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2040

1. Approve the Concept of development of coal industry of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2040 it (is applied).

2. And new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government to provide to industry ministry timely accomplishment of the Concept of development of coal industry in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2040.

1. Introduction

1. Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan created favorable conditions for the choice of the main directions of economic safety and ensuring sustainable development of the priority directions, including rational and effective use of rich resources of minerals of the republic.

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of target indicators of the National strategy of development for the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2030, increase in coal production is provided in 7,6 of times or 10,4 of one million tons ratio of 2016 and according to the expected result till 2040 by 11 times or 15 million tons.

3. The industry plays crucial role in social and economic development of society and the level of its development is core for growth of social and economic system of the country. From the economic point of view the country having the low level of industrial development is raw materials source for developed countries, and with social - not industrial country is the country in which the poor population, low level of human development, lagging of all industries of the social sector of education, health care, culture, housing and communal services and others prevails. The industry of the mining industry is one of the priority directions of intensive industrialization of national economy which can play important role in ensuring development of the industry of the country in the shortest possible time with effective use of rich inventories of mineral and nonmetallic minerals. The coal industry is one of the most important structures of the fuel and energy complex including organizational, technical and engineering procedures on detection, production, storage, conversion, sale of coal and the processed products.
