About modification and amendments in the Law "About Bases of Administration and Administrative Production"

Article 1. In article 88 of the Law of February 18, 2004 ZR-41-N "About bases of administration and administrative production":

Shall be replaced with words 1) in parts 2 and 2.1 of the word "Service of Forced Execution of Court Resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia" in the corresponding case forms "The service providing forced execution";

To add 2) with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. The note about forced execution provided by part 4 of this Article, and other documents provided by the law can be sent to the Service providing forced execution, and documents from the Service providing forced execution can be received by electronic method which procedure establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.";

To exclude 3) from part 6 of the word "also assures seal (in the presence)".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication, except for Item 2 of article 1 of this Law which becomes effective in six months after official publication of this Law.
