About entering of amendments into the Law "About Notariate"

Article 1. ZR-274 "About notariate" to add part 1 of article 82.2 of the Law of December 4, 2001 with items 4 and 5 following contents:
"4) the completion date of the obligation provided by the transaction certified by the notary expired or the debtor based on the transaction certified by the notary had obligation fulfillment right to claim;
5) presumably the term of limitation period established by the law did not expire.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
