About approval of Rules of mate providing the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of mate providing the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to management of the commander-in-chief Silami of air defense of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kazakh and Russian languages within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

4) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on heads of controls of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring this order to service employees in the part concerning them.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of mate providing the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of mate providing the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) determine procedure for mate flight servicing of the state aircraft.

2. Mate providing the state aircraft consists in the organization and carrying out complex of actions for the purpose of achievement of high accuracy, reliability and efficiency of aerial navigation and fighting use of air vehicles, the successful solution of tasks of combat training and aviation safety in the mate relation.

3. Mate providing the state aircraft will be organized by heads of controls of the state aircraft.

The common directorship and control of mate providing are exercised by the chief navigators of controls of the state aircraft.

4. The basic concepts used in these rules:

1) aviation weapons of destruction - the weapons of destruction applied from air vehicles on land, sea and air objects;

2) aircraft armament - set of the aviation weapons of destruction placed on air vehicles, installations of aircraft armament, aviation artillery weapon and management systems aircraft armament providing their fighting application;

3) fighting use of the air vehicle - the managed process of use of all types of weapon of the air vehicle which is characterized by complex of crew effects for the purpose of defeat of land (sea) and air objects, their designation and also on landing accomplishment, conducting air reconnaissance and application of means of radio-electronic fight;

4) aerial navigation - science about methods and means of driving of air vehicles in the atmosphere of Earth on planned trajectories, and also set of transactions by determination of navigation elements of flight;

5) orientation loss - situation in flight in case of which the crew (pilot) of the air vehicle does not know the location in airspace with the accuracy necessary for determination of further flight course and accomplishment of objective;

6) calculation of control center - the military forming headed by the corresponding chief, intended for continuous and steady flight management (fighting);

7) visual orientation - checking of the image of the area or separate reference points on the card with their actual view on of earth's surface for the purpose of fix of finding of the air vehicle concerning the identified reference points;

8) the aim navigation system (complex) - set of functionally connected airborne facilities and systems providing the automated flight and fighting use of the air vehicle according to the set program;

9) the aim aid to navigation - the equipment providing aerial navigation and fighting use of the air vehicle without automation of desired flight path flying;
