1. Approve the enclosed rules of entrance on the territory and departure from the territory of special economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, officials of the state bodies, employees of service of collection performing activities in the territory of such special economic zone and also persons visiting such special economic zone with office need.

2. To provide to the border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Director of the Border service Dilmanov of Darkhan Aytkaliyevich.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

3. Entrance and departure on the territory (from the territory) special economic zone for the solution of office tasks is performed:

the staff of law enforcement and special state bodies - according to official IDs based on the lists approved with territorial authority of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
