1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in certification of the private security guard <1>.

Administrative regulations of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in certification of the private security guard

I. General provisions

Subject of regulation of regulations

1. These Administrative regulations of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of officials of territorial authorities of Rosgvardiya for provision of the state service in certification of the private security guard by provision of the state service in certification of the private security guard <1> <2>.

2. Applicants are the citizens of the Russian Federation who are applying for acquisition of legal status of the private security guard, underwent professional training for work as the private security guard and passed qualification examination>.

3. The procedure for receipt of information by applicants concerning provision of the state service includes:

3.1. Informing concerning provision of the state service, including data on the course of its provision (it is performed directly in premises of the centers and independent departments (departments) of licensed and allowing work of territorial authorities of Rosgvardiya <1>, and also on the telephone number for enquiries (phone answerphone), with use of mass media and in the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" <2>);

informing on working hours of the relevant division of licensed and allowing work, the address of its location, addresses of the Single portal and the official site of Rosgvardiya on the Internet <3> (it is performed by means of phone answerphone which works round the clock);

Duration of individual informing in oral form of each applicant constitutes no more than 10 minutes. If individual informing in oral form requires long (more than 10 minutes) preparation, the employee performing informing in oral form offers to the applicant to apply for necessary information in writing.

In case of impossibility to answer independently the questions posed the employee shall report phone number on which it is possible to obtain necessary information.

3.2. 6. Is result of provision of the state service:

prolongation or refusal in prolongation of effective period of the certificate;

issue or refusal in issue of the duplicate of the certificate;

7. Terms of provision of the state service:

7.1. Issue or refusal in issue, prolongation or refusal in prolongation of effective period of the certificate is performed no later than 20 working days from the date of registration of statements submitted according to subitems 9.1 and 9.2 of Item 9 of these Administrative regulations in time. In case of need holding additional checking actions the specified term is prolonged, but no more than for 10 working days.

7.2. Issue or refusal in issue of the duplicate of the certificate, modification or refusal in modification is as a witness performed within 10 working days from the date of registration of statements provided according to subitems 9.3 and 9.4 of Item 9 of these Administrative regulations.

two photos of 4 x 6 cm in size;

copy of the main identity document of the citizen of the Russian Federation <1>;
