1. Approve the Procedure for publication of information on share of each power source used for production of electrical energy and the influence on the surrounding environment caused by production of electricity which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2019, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its publication in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.

1.1. This Procedure determines requirements to forming of information on share of each power source which was used for production of electrical energy, and the influence on the surrounding environment caused by production of electricity, the procedure, frequency and terms of promulgation by participants of the market of electrical energy of such information.
1.2. Action of this Procedure extends to electric power producers, electrosuppliers, the operator of the market, the operator of system of transfer, and also to the participants of the market performing sale of electrical energy on organized segments of the market and on bilateral basis.
1.3. In this Procedure terms are used in the values given in the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", the Rules of the market approved by the resolution of NKREKP of March 14, 2018 No. 307, and the Rules of the market "for the days ahead" and intra daily market approved by the resolution of NKREKP of March 14, 2018 No. 308.
2.1. The producer will promulgate information on share of each power source used for production of electrical energy on the form given in appendix 1, by placement on own website.
2.2. The share of each power source used by the producer for production of electrical energy is determined in proportion to amounts of the electrical energy made from appropriate source of energy.
In case of use for production of electrical energy on one generating unit at the same time of several power sources the share of each power source used for production of electrical energy on this generating unit is determined as share of amount of the corresponding fuel determined (in tons of conditional fuel) in total amount of the fuel (in tons of conditional fuel) used for production of electrical energy.
2.3. Information published by the producer according to Item 2.1 of this Chapter is created for the accounting periods: quarter and year, with monthly breakdown.
2.4. The producer publishes information determined by Item 2.1 of this Chapter no later than the fifteenth day after completion of the corresponding accounting period.
3.1. Participants of the market no later than the fifteenth day after completion of the accounting period (quarter and year) provide to the operator of the market with monthly breakdown information concerning amounts of the sold electrical energy in the market "for the days ahead" and/or the intra daily market and about share of each power source used for production of the sold electrical energy.
Source of information on share of each power source used for production of electrical energy are the data obtained from electric power producers including concerning amounts of the imported electrical energy with monthly breakdown.
3.2. The operator of the market no later than the twentieth day after completion of the accounting period (quarter and year) creates information on share of each power source used for production of the electrical energy sold in the market "for the days ahead" and the intra daily market and will promulgate it by placement on own web page (website).
4.1. Participants of the market who performed sale of electrical energy in the balancing market no later than the fifteenth day after completion of the accounting period (quarter and year) provide to the operator of system of transfer with monthly breakdown information on share of each power source used for production of the sold electrical energy.
4.2. The operator of system no later than the twentieth day after completion of the accounting period (quarter and year) with monthly breakdown creates information on share of each power source used for production of the electrical energy sold in the balancing market and will promulgate it by placement on own web page (website).
5.1. The participants of the market performing sale of electrical energy according to bilateral agreements shall specify in the agreement information on share of each power source used for production of electrical energy for the accounting period: quarter and year, with monthly breakdown.
6.1. The producer will promulgate information on the influence on the surrounding environment caused by production of electrical energy on the form given in appendix 2, by placement on own website.
