For the purpose of support and strengthening of economic basis of private, small business, its transformation into the most important factor of economic growth and welfare of the population, and also experimental working off of new forms of support of entrepreneurship on the example of the Tashkent Cabinet of Ministers region decides:

1. Approve:

package of measures for financial support of the entrepreneurs of the Tashkent region beginning the activities according to appendix;

initiative of commercial banks of creation of special loan fund by them for the purpose of ensuring provision to entrepreneurs of the credits on favorable terms.

To khokimiyat of the Tashkent region together with Chamber of producers and entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan, Association Dehkan and farms, commercial banks and other market institutes to take specific measures for ensuring accomplishment of the approved package of measures for financial support of entrepreneurs of the Tashkent region at the scheduled time.

2. To Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Buttermilk bank, to National Bank of foreign economic activity together with khokimiyat of the Tashkent region to provide till July 1, 2000 allocation to at least 100 farms of the Tashkent region of the microcredits in foreign or national currency in the amount of, equivalent to 10 thousand dollars of the USA.

3. To Central Bank, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, commercial banks in week time to develop and enter into practice the simplified procedure for microcredit of farms by commercial banks, business owners and other subjects of small business in national and foreign currency.
