About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-is (construction) "Report on accomplishment of contract works" and instructions for its filling
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12-is (construction) "The report on accomplishment of contract works" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January, 2020;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-is (construction) "The report on accomplishment of contract works" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2020.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the small business entities listed in part four of Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-is (construction) "The report on accomplishment of the contract works" approved by this resolution), the separate divisions of legal entities performing works on agreements (contracts) of the construction contract.
3. Recognize invalid:
