2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Provision of Republican public institution "Committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Republican public institution "Committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) is the department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing regulating, realizable and control functions, and also participating in accomplishment of strategic functions of the Ministry in the field of the state material reserve.

14. Functions:

1) ensuring realization of state policy within competence of Committee;

2) implementation of international cooperation within competence of Committee;

3) management of activities of the subordinated organizations for planning and holding actions for ensuring national security within the competence;

4) implementation of function of authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state companies;

5) implementation of counteraction to terrorism within the competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) introduction of suggestions for improvement of system of homeland security within the competence;

7) presentation in courts of claims according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

8) with participation of the interested state bodies development of offers on the nomenclature and amounts of storage of material values of the state material reserve and their introduction on approval into the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) release of material values from the state material reserve for rendering the regulating impact on the market based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the conclusion of contracts with subjects of trading activity;

10) implementation of management of system of the state material reserve;

11) in coordination with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan development of the list of Items of storage of material values of the state material reserve;
