1. Determine that:

registration of qualification card of the driver (further - the driver's card) is performed by printing method;

the surname and own name, birth date and birth place of the owner according to the identity document, date of issue and effective period of card of the driver, the name of the driver of organization of education, other organization who issued card which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities, number of card of the driver, series and number of the car driver license are brought in card of the driver;

birth date of the owner, date of issue, effective period and number of card of the driver, number of the car driver license are filled with the Arab digits, series of the car driver license - letters of the Latin alphabet, other data - letters of the Russian and Latin alphabet;

the photo placed on card of the driver shall correspond to age of the owner and to be on white background. Person, without headdress and points shall occupy eighty percent of depth dimension of picture.
