Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About scientific activities and the state scientific and technical policy" of March 18, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, Art. 219; 2018, No. 5, Art. 281) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- state paragraph two in the following edition:
"-certification of scientific and (or) scientific and technical workers of the top skills - assessment, determination of professional knowledge, skills and professional level of scientific and (or) scientific and technical workers of the top skills, and also award of academic degrees to them and assignment of academic statuses;";
- word in paragraph three "The highest certifying commission" shall be replaced with words "The highest certifying commission in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-The highest certifying commission in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan - the commission regulating national system of certification of scientific and (or) scientific and technical workers of the top skills;";
- the fifteenth after the words "awarded" and "scientific" respectively to add the paragraph with words "The highest certifying commission in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan", "and (or) scientific and technical", "scientific" to exclude the word;
- twenty third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
