About establishment of the size of the tariff charge of the first category
Based on part one of Article 61 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the tariff charge of the first category for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations, in the amount of 41 rubles.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2019 No. 214 "About establishment of the size of the tariff charge of the first category".
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2019.
