Item 4 of Article 27 to declare 1) invalid;
2) Article 37 to add with Item 3 following of content:
"3. Data on participation of political party, its regional departments and other structural divisions in elections according to Item 1 of this Article are provided at the request of federal authorized body by Russian Central Election Commission on the basis of the data containing in the State automated system of the Russian Federation "Elections".".
