4) report form about the financial instruments accepted on clearing servicing according to appendices 6 and 7 to this resolution;

5) report form about the subjects using services of the clearing organization, from bad faith fulfilling the obligations according to transactions according to appendices 8 and 9 to this resolution;

6) Rules of submission of the reporting by the clearing organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 10 to this resolution.

2. The clearing organization represents to authorized body electronically:

1) daily, until the end of the next working day, the report about net - requirements and net - obligations of the subjects using services of the clearing organization according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

2) monthly, no later than the fifth working day of the month following month under report:

the report on the subjects using services of the clearing organization according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

the report on the financial instruments accepted on clearing servicing according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

the report on the subjects using services of the clearing organization, from bad faith fulfilling the obligations according to transactions according to appendix 5 to this resolution.
