2. Operational criminalistic to department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Amankulov K. K.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the police major general Zhakupov R.T.i Operational and criminalistic department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Amankulov K. K.)

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion on Compliance to Criminalistic Requirements of Civil and Office Weapon and Cartridges to It"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Conclusion on Compliance to Criminalistic Requirements of Civil and Office Weapon and Cartridges to It" (further - the state service) is rendered based on the standard of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion on Compliance to Criminalistic Requirements of Civil and Office Weapon and Cartridges to It" approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2015 No. 328 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11230) (further - the Standard), territorial subdivisions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

Result of rendering the state service - the Conclusion on compliance to criminalistic requirements of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it (further - the conclusion) in form according to appendix 2 to the Standard of the state service or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Contents of each procedure (action) which is part of process of rendering the state service, duration of its accomplishment:

1) the employee of office of the service provider, together with the employee of test laboratory adopts the statement, document package, objects of testing and performs their registration. Documents and objects of testing are provided by uslugopoluchatel and are given according to the inventory, according to appendix 4 to the Standard, the employee of test laboratory - 10 (ten) minutes. The employee of test laboratory performs the following actions:

checks reliability of the data specified in the statement;

checks compliance of the provided documents and objects of testing to the list specified in Item 9 of the Standard;

in the presence of the bases for refusal in rendering the state service, stipulated in Item 10 Standards, refuses to uslugopoluchatel rendering the state service;

constitutes the inventory of the documents and objects provided on research according to Item 9 of the Standard.

The list of documents and objects of testing is enclosed to the application of uslugopoluchatel.

The official responsible for clerical work issues with indication of date and time of acceptance the copy of the list of documents and objects of testing to uslugopoluchatel - 5 (five) minutes. Transfers the statement of uslugopoluchatel to the head of the service provider.

Result of the procedure - registration of a statement of uslugopoluchatel in offices of the service provider, creation by the employee of test laboratory of the inventory with indication of date and time of acceptance of document package and objects of testing;

2) the head of the service provider studies the statement, the list of documents and objects of testing and determines the executive in charge of the service provider - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

Result of the procedure - the visa of the head of the service provider;

3) the executive in charge of the service provider in 19 calendar days performs the following actions:

carries out testing for determination of compliance to criminalistic requirements of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it according to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 16, 2015 No. 219 "About approval of criminalistic requirements and test methods of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10747);
