1. Information exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union) is regulated by article 23 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014. The fundamental principles of information exchange and coordination of its implementation within the Union are determined according to the Protocol on information and communication technologies and information exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 3 to the specified Agreement).
